RBMT was founded in 2021 by Hari Mann while he was living in Port Jefferson, NY working as a consultant dreaming of becoming a successful real estate entrepreneur.

However, our story starts much earlier than that. Ever since a child, Hari always loved helping others and playing a part in creating powerful outcomes. Upon entering the professional world after graduating from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA in 2014, Hari immediately was confronted with the harsh reality for many Americans: they simply were never educated in personal finance and investing. Therefore, many professionals with great careers end up not being able to have the rich lifestyle or wealthy retirement they deserve.

Hari chose to dedicate himself and his businesses towards helping more Americans become financially literate, live their rich lifestyles, and retire wealthy.

There was one huge problem, though. Hari hadn't solved this for himself, so how could he do so for anyone else!?

Thus began a lifelong quest for knowledge about personal finance, investing, and building wealth as a highly skilled professional in America. Hari began with personal finance and the early retirement movement which taught him about the power of budgeting, saving, and the "simple path to wealth" via ETF investment. In 2016, Hari founded Midas Touch, LLC, a real estate investment company and his first venture into entrepreneurship. From then until 2024, he oversaw the growth of the company from $100k starting capital to a total portfolio NAV of $1.3M+.

Now Hari has taken the leap to commercial multifamily investments as a capital allocator providing high-quality investment opportunities to professionals in similar shoes to him: those who want to grow their wealth and achieve financial independence with peace of mind through commercial multifamily real estate without the headache.
